Custom manifold blocks The main activity of our Design Office is the development of customised products, especially manifold blocks designed to meet customer’s requirements.
The development process of a custom manifold block includes the following steps :

drawing up a detailed specification which is usually a joint effort of our technical sales engineer and the customer’s technical staff

validation of the specification and initiation of the project

subject to customer approval of the project a prototype is made

the prototype is tested and approved by the customer
-
this may involve making modifications to the prototype before reaching the final specification

order for a production or pre-production series
The prototype, made entirely by our Design Office, is tested to check that the flow rates, pressures and pressure drops meet the specifications. None the less, it is essential to check the performance of the block on the machine for which it had been developed. These test are designed to detect any possible performance shortcomings so that the prototype can be modified and retested before launching a production series.

Our design office is equipped with state-of-the-art 3D CAD systems (SOLIDWORKS).
