Delivery Lead Times

We keep an important stock of components in order to respond quickly to orders for standard catalogue products, which are assembled as a function of incoming orders. The normal lead time is two weeks; however, lead times can be longer during periods of heavy demand.

 

Urgent orders for equipment breakdowns

In this category are considered machinery or installation stoppages because of the failure of a hydraulic valve or component.

 

FP HYDRAULIQUE undertakes to ship the replacement component the same day under the following conditions :

-         the order must be received before 11h00 from Monday to Thursday (excepting national holidays)

-         for a unit quantity

-         standard catalogue product held in stock

-         not subject to a stock reservation

-         minimum order of 80 € net sales discount

-         express delivery, carriage cost debited to invoice carriage   cost debited to invoice

 

Priority orders – on-time delivery

By programming your requirements with a firm order allowing for ten weeks lead time, your order will be given priority treatment. You will be assured of delivery at the stipulated date (probability 95%).
